Despite the State’s repeal of the mask requirement in medical settings, I am still requiring masks in the office. I have surgical masks available at the office if you would like. Please mask BEFORE entering the building if possible.

Pre-screening

I am following the CDC guidelines on exposure/risk. To learn more, you can follow the link to the CDC website that includes a risk calculator.

In short:

If you have been exposed, but are asymptomatic, you may still attend your appointment as we will be masked throughout. Please do let me know of possible exposures though so I can ensure we are both wearing KN/N95 masks and I do not do points that require you to remove your mask.

If you are symptomatic or test positive, please cancel your appointment. There is no penalty for cancelling your appointment for this reason.

  • Fever

  • Chills

  • Cough

  • Sore or tickly throat

  • Loss of smell/taste

  • Nausea

Your Appointment

Please text me when you arrive for your appointment and wait in your car or in the large open lobby downstairs if you are traveling by public transportation. Text me at 971-319-1046. I will let you know when you can come up. This will allow me time to ensure the office has been sanitized and there is no overlap of patients.

Please sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival (we have hand sanitizer in the reception area). I will take your temperature before proceeding to the treatment room.

Wear warm, loose clothing as we will not have a table warmer or blankets available. I will try to have the room temperature a bit warmer than usual.

General Infection Control

I will be wearing a mask during your entire treatment. Our chairs will be 6’ apart or we may go directly to the treatment table. I sanitize high touch areas and all tools between patients.

We have a high-quality HEPA filter running full-time in the treatment room.

I use a hospital grade antimicrobial, antibacterial disinfecting wipe to augment cleaning between professional cleaning services and between patients.

I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and continue to get boosters as advised for my age/risk group.
