Despite the State’s repeal of the mask requirement in medical settings, I am still encouraging masks in the office. We have surgical masks available at the office if you would like. If you have any new symptoms of cough, fever, loss of smell/taste, unusual muscle aches, you will be required to mask. If you are positive for COVID or have had recent exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID and are symptomatic, please reschedule your appointment or contact me directly with any questions.
Pre-screening
I am following the CDC guidelines on exposure/risk. To learn more, you can follow the link to the CDC website that includes a risk calculator.
In short:
If you have been exposed, but are asymptomatic, you may still attend your appointment as we will be masked throughout. Please do let me know of possible exposures though so I can ensure we are both wearing KN/N95 masks and I do not do points that require you to remove your mask.
If you are symptomatic or test positive, please cancel your appointment. There is no penalty for cancelling your appointment for this reason.

Your Appointment
Feel free to wait in your car and text me at 971-319-1046 to let me know you are here. I will let you know when I am ready for you. Or you may wait in the lobby. If the entrance door is locked, please text me to let me know you have arrived (I sometimes lock the front door when I’m alone at the clinic and may just be running late between patients.)
Please sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival (we have hand sanitizer in the reception area). I will take your temperature before proceeding to the treatment room.
General Infection Control
I will be wearing a mask during your entire treatment. I sanitize high touch areas and all tools between patients.
We have a high-quality HEPA filter running full-time in the treatment rooms.
We use a hospital grade antimicrobial, antibacterial disinfecting wipe to clean the clinic.
I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19, Flu, MMR and Hep B.
